- 3.0 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTSThe Contractor shall provide a mobile laundry trailer with 10 washers and 10 dryers complete and ready for use. The placement/finished installation of the mobile laundry trailer shall be approved by the TPOC and Contracting Officer. Electrical wiring shall comply with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, and applicable local regulation(s) and standard(s). Stairs with railing and deck shall be provided for each Entry/Exit. Exterior connection points for water supply shall be standard nominal sized or adapters to standard nominal size shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Government. Waste water shall have exterior connection points to accommodate proper and sanitary removal and disposal. The Mobile Laundry trailer shall be delivered with Washers and Dryers installed per manufacturer requirements and specification and shall operate properly and as intended by the manufacturer. Washers shall be top loading, with 3 prong plug. The approximate dimensions of the washers are, 25-5/8 inches wide, 42-3/4 inches tall, and 28 inches deep. Dryers shall be front loading with sanitize feature, the approximate dimensions of the Dryers are 26-7/8 inches wide, 42-3/4 inches tall, and 28 inches deep. Dryers shall be properly vented to the exterior of the trailer per manufacturer recommendation(s). At the completion of use, the Contractor shall remove the trailer from Government property.3.0.1 The Contractor shall coordinate with the TPOC for approval and endorsement of trailer design and layout, and selections of manufacturer, model, finishes, and colors. The Contractor will provide copies of all endorsed documents to the Contracting Officer. 3.0.2 The Contractor shall obtain approval of designs, layouts, and selections of manufacturer, model, and colors from the Contracting Officer prior to coordinating shipping. Provide copies of the final plans and design to the Contracting Officer. If any revisions to the plans and designs are required, provide the Contracting Officer with copies of the revisions to plans and designs prior to coordination of shipping.3.0.3 Powered Connections: The trailer shall be delivered with powered connections installed. All powered connections shall be in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, applicable local regulation(s) and standard(s), and all safety standards and applicable building codes. 3.1 The Contractor shall coordinate with the TPOC regarding the placement of the mobile laundry trailer. The Contractor shall be responsible for damages in transit from the Contractor to placement of the mobile laundry trailer. The Contractor shall setup the trailer and prepare the trailer for use. Likewise, the contractor shall break down the trailer and prepare the trailer for transit back to the Contractor?s place of storage. The Contractor shall be responsible for damages in transit from JBPHH to the Contractor?s place of storage.
