Description

Solicitation Amendment 0001 is as follows: - Statement of Objectives (SOO) has been updated and will be attached in SAM.gov. - Period of Performance has been revised as reflected on the updated SOO. - The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed with an electronic or PDF scanned�signature by an official authorized to bind the company in accordance w ith FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknow ledged by all�Offerors in accordance w ith the instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation. (End of Solicitation Amendment 0001) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the�offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Repair Roof Building 51301 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160 Roofing Contractors. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is�included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below , will not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work�being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w ithin 10 calendar days of award. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee. Questions are due 06 July 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time. Proposals are due 25 July 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time.
