- NSN: 1650-00-208-9717, IQC PR: 1000146575, ITEM: CYLINDER PISTON ASSEMBLY THIS PART IS MANUFACTURED BY PRECISION GEAR INDUSTRIES LLC (CAGE 21540) AND SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP (CAGE 78286) UNDER PART NUMBER 65664-11175-041.� THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION).� THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS. �THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 52 EACH.� GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING AND GOVERNMENT PRODUCTION LOT TESTING ARE REQUIRED.� DELIVERY OF THE FIRST ARTICLE UNITS WILL BE 275 DAYS ARO.� GOVERNMENT TESTING, EVALUATION, AND NOTIFICATION WILL BE 180 DAYS.� DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTION LOT SAMPLE WILL BE 275 DAYS AFTER FIRST ARTICLE APPROVAL.� GOVERNMENT PRODUCTION LOT TESTING, EVALUATION, AND NOTIFICATION WILL BE 120 DAYS.� �DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTION UNITS WILL BE 30 DAYS AFTER GOVERNMENT APPROVAL.� FOB IS AT DESTINATION.
