- Sources Sought/Request for Information-FY23 Seepage Remediation Project. This market survey is for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATIN FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of all firms interested in participating in the competition to compete and perform a firm-fixed price construction contract. The Government will not pay for any information provided as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District (MVM) is conducting research� to determine the capabilities of potential contractors to support the Seepage Remediation Project (Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC). MVM is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing the typical construction task orders. The work may include installation of relief wells, repair/maintenance of relief wells, ditch construction, seepage berms, culvert installation/replacement, and riprap armoring. Individual Task Orders will be issued throughout the life of the contract designating the locations and types of work that will be performed.� Estimated durations for the projects will be determined per task order.� The work on each task order will consist of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the work to be performed. Specific items of work may include, but are not limited to: environmental protection; storm water pollution prevention; clearing, stripping, grubbing; debris disposal; borrow pit development and excavation; stockpiling of material; processing of fill material for moisture control; placing semi-compacted and compacted backfill; relief wells installation; relief well rehabilitation; pump testing; well testing; gravel pack construction; guard posts installation; relief well concrete base installation; placement of geotextile (filter fabric); ditch construction; culvert installation/replacement; flared end section installation; grouting; stone and riprap installation; establishment of turf; and any incidental related work�� The work shall be performed according to the base MATOC specifications, supplemental specifications and plans for each individual Task Order. The MATOC ordering period will be five (5) years. The total contract capacity will not exceed $45M. Upon award to the initial MATOC pool, individual task orders will be competitively issued to MATOC holders, through designating the locations and types of work that will be performed on each task order. Acquisition Strategy: �U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District (MVM), proposes to award up to 3 or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) utilizing Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, NAICS 237990. The Small Business Size Standard for this requirement is $39.5 million. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), including the NAICS code they are bidding under, in order to receive a Government contract award.
