Description: Mobilize to the 88th U.S. Army Reserve Center located in Duluth, Minnesota on Minnesota Point. Replace portions of the security� fencing as indicated in the contract drawings and maintain facility security. Make improvements to the facility�s parking lot and stabilize the existing shoreline by constructing an armor stone revetment. Demobilize once work is complete.
