Description

Notice of Intent The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Memorial Health System for the procurement of Local Laboratory Testing for Emergency Room and Intensive Care unit at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson. The sole-source contract will have a delivery period of 1 October 2022 through 30 September 2023 plus four option years. �The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511, Medical Laboratories. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621511 is $35M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. The solicitation number is W81K00-22-Q-0154 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
