- Update 5 July:� Solicitation Questions and Responses updated.� Refer to attachment W564KV22R0005 - Solicitation Questions and Responses 5July for the listing of all questions and responses so far. Update 29 June:� Solicitation closing time corrected in the SAM.gov posting to correspond to the�12:00 PM (Central European Time) on 03 August 2022 provided on Solicitation Amendment 0002.� This is only the correction of the error in the SAM.gov posting, not an extension of the solicitation.� Solicitation Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to update the Exhibit C Price List to the latest version dated 29 June.� Refer to Amendment 0003 and the Exhibit C Price List (29 June) for details.� The Question and Response document providing questions received from interested vendors and the Government's responses to those questions is also updated. Update 15 June:�Solicitation closing date is extended until 12:00 PM (Central European Time) on 03 August 2022. CLIN 0001 is updated to lengthen the Phase In from 45 Days to 4 Months. CLINs 0002 and 0003 are updated to shorten the performance period of the base period from 10 Months to 8 Months. Provision 52.212-1, paragraph (c) is updated to extend the time offerors must hold prices firm from 90 days to 150 days. Addendum to 52.212-1 is updated to clarify that solicitation amendments that extend the submission deadline will identify the new deadline within the amendment, not in Block 9b. An updated version of the Exhibit C Price List will be included in Amendment 0003 to this solicitation. Update 01 June:��Solicitation closing date is extended until 5:00 PM (Central European Time) on 20 june 2022. Exhibit C Price List is updated to correct a formula error and to unlock input cells on the NETCOM Funded tab. Exhibit C Price List (01 June 2022) replaces the original version attached to the solicitation notice. CLIN 0001 is updated to shorten the Phase In from 2 months to 45 days. Amendment W564KV22R0005 0001 incorporates these changes to the solicitation.� Submitted proposals must include an acknowledgement of all solicitation amendments in accordance with solicitation provision 52.212-1. Additional Questions and Answers are posted.��Please refer to the document ""W564KV-22-R-0005 Solicitation Questions and Responses 01June"" for further information. Update 23 May:� A list of questions received and answered is posted.� Please refer to the document ""W564KV-22-R-0005 Solicitation Questions and Responses 23May"" for further information.� An additional update will address questions that were submitted but have not yet been answered. The Contractor shall provide telecommunication services for voice and data circuit requirements originating from U.S. Army sites throughout Europe in accordance with customary commercial practices.� The requirement includes commercial voice, data, and internet services connection as described: The contractor shall provide E1 VOIP circuits at designated commercial demarcations to allow for commercial telecommunication services. These services shall include local calling, long distance calling, international calling, and access to emergency services. The contractor shall provide E1 circuits with PRI emulation at designated commercial demarcations to allow for commercial telecommunications services. These services include local calling, long distance calling, international calling, and access to emergency services. The contractor shall provide IP commercial internet access from designated commercial demarcations. The contractor shall provide commercial voice and data services from designated commercial demarcations for legacy analog requirements. The contractor shall provide a web-based account management portal that allows Funding Organization users the ability to do the following, at a minimum: 1. Request change management 2. Review change management costs 3. Review change management history 4. Review invoices 5. Run reports that contain the following: - call records for voice services - usage for IP internet access and data services - invoicing information itemized by individual units, customers, phone numbers, and circuit. The contractor shall provide a customer service support for U.S. Government Agencies. Note: The Contractor�s Customer Service Support Center may be one that is already established and used by the normal commercial public.
