Description

1. Contract Position Title. Catholic Religious Education Coordinator. 2. Scope of Responsibilities. Plan, coordinate and support the Catholic Religious Education Program from PreK-12th Grade. This will encompass, but is not limited to: Toddler Formation and Children's Liturgy for the months of September through May and July; Confirmation preparation for Youth; Preparation for Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion; Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC); and support Protestant Religious Education Coordinator with annual Vacation Bible School. The Catholic Religious Education Coordinator is responsible for a minimum of 20 hours per week in the office, with a maximum of 24 hours as agreed upon by the Catholic Priest. The Catholic Religious Education Coordinator position is paid for the months of September through May and July, i.e., the months of June and August require no services and therefore no payment.
