Description
NOTE:�A response to this presolicitation notice, via submission of a capability statement or otherwise, is not required. The US Department of State intends to solicit offers for the services described below. Information included in this notice, including any tentative milestones, is preliminary in nature and subject to change. Final requirements will be included in the solicitation that will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities. INL BOGOTA PROFESSIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND FACILITIES SUPPORT SERVICES IDIQ Refer to draft SOW, labor categories, FSN equivalents, pricing tables, and evaluation criteria for additional details. In addition to the attached, the Government expects the RFP to include: Possible telework requirements for contractor personnel. Contractor rental of a facility, in the vicinity of the US Embassy, to house a Program Management Office (PMO) and contractor personnel not working on-site. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The US Department of State intends to award one (1) IDIQ contract with a 5-year ordering period, a contract maximum of $60 million, and a guaranteed minimum of $100,000. This acquisition will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must: Be an 8(a) small business concern in good standing;� Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); and Possess necessary licenses to operate in Colombia. Interested prospective offerors should continue to monitor SAM Contract Opportunities for additional information. The Department expects to post the solicitation no later than May 1, 2022. The Government will not consider, nor respond to, questions or inquiries submitted prior to the posting of the solicitation. All announcements and amendments made to the solicitation will be posted to SAM Contract Opportunities.
