Description: AMENDMENT 0006 -� The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to cancel solicitation 36C10F22R0029, in accordance with FAR 15.206(e). The project scope will undergo a review and exploration for course(s) of action to minimize the impact of the project's delay to the Ft. Logan National Cemetery community with an intent to issue a new solicitation at a later date.� AMENDMENT 0005 -� The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to incorporate (1) Wage Determination CO20220020 (Building) - 5.6.2022, and (2) Wage Determination CO20220009 (Highway) - 2.25.2022. The includsion of these Wage Determinations does not remove Wage Determination CO20220002 (Heavy) - 2.24.2022 from the solicitation.� AMENDMENT 0004 -� The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to (1) Address RFIs received by the due date of Tuesday, May 3, 2022 - 4:00pm CDT (RFIs received after the due date may not recieve a response); (2) Incorporate the list of attachments from the contination page (see page 2 of the amendment); and (3) Extend the proposal due date FROM: Monday, May 23, 2022 - 4:00pm CDT TO: Friday, June 3, 2022 - 4:00pm CDT. AMENDMENT 0003 -� The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to correct the link to access CADD files and to make ALL attachments from the Original Solicitation and previous Amendments visible through this amendment. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Construction & Facilities Management, anticipates awarding a�Firm Fixed Priced contract in support of the Ft. Logan National Cemetery Phase 1 Expansion (Construction),�Project No. 888-043, located at 4400 W. Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236, as described herein. This project will develop approximately 20 acres of land for the Phase 1 gravesite expansion at Ft. Logan National�Cemetery, providing approximately 38,546 gravesites, including both casketed and cremation sites. The project will�include constructing burial sections, access roads and other paving, grading, landscaping, construction of buildings and�other improvements to the cemetery.�� This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System NAICS CODE: 237990 (size standard $39.5M). The magnitude of construction cost for this project is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
