Description

Project involves includes but not limited to the following infrastructure improvements:� Electrical (electrical panel upgrades, power to building upgrades), bonding, UPS, upgrade to existing HVAC, expansion, and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes), renovation (piping, exterior wall, interior wall for water proofing), communications infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to CAT6A cable) in building, physical security upgrades.� The technical complexity is low for this project; however, the contractor must comply with Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) requirements at a very remote area, with restricted day construction hours.
