Description

5 July 2022: Posting amended solicitation to show updated Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination dated 17 June 2022 and adding pdf titled ""Restroom Renovation 2022 Full scale"" Building 318 Restroom Repairs The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this solicitation to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to�provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repair of the restroom in�Building 318 at Air National Guard Base in Tulsa,Oklahoma. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237110. This is a total small business set-aside. The small�business size standard is $39.5 million. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). ""Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later�than 30 Sep 2022. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list award if funds become available and the prices received�are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the lowest price acceptable and is most advantageous to the Government.""
