- TITLE: Cisco Call System Installation - T-Metrics The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source delivery order to T-Metrics. The required deliverables to be purchased are: Cisco Call Manager System that will work with currently installed Cisco IP Phone System. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under the T-Metric Inc. GSA Schedule IAW FAR 8.405-6. The 4th MDG requires urgent Server Upgrade, 6 Port Hardware, 2 Windows 19 Servers, Remote Management. The contract will also mitigate any recurring issues and identify upgrade risks. Contract includes Installation, Testing, Configuration, Shipping & Handling. The Defense Health Agency uses T-Metrics across all sites (Air Force, Navy & Army) as a unified call tree data metric system. No other software will unify the metric results with the DHA market. T-metrics is used to create a call tree for the 4 MDG appointment line. It tracks call data to include: time in queue, calls per hour, time on call, dropped calls, and more to analyze the 4 MDG patient service and compare to the DHA market. The services provided for maintenance of the server and software are necessary to keep the appointment line at the 4 MDG operational. The supplies are necessary to create a local set up of the T-metrics software. There is no market server to use so each site must have their own server to create a call tree/apppointment line. No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No other sources are available since T-Metrics owns the system and platform to create the call tree data metric set-up that is used across the entire DHA enterprise. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this Intent to Sole Source is 11 July 2022 at 2:00 P.M EDT. The anticipated award date is unknown.
