Description

The Naval Intelligence Agency (NIA) intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-priced contract to LEXISNEXIS for analytical subscription services related to the Navy Insider Threat Program (InTP). The LEXISNEXIS subscription is the only subscription that fully supports NIA's specialized portion of the existing established Navy Insider Threat Program (InTP). The requirements established by the National Insider Threat Task Force (NITTF) are being met through the access to various data that can be processed - - to possibly identify a Department of the Navy (DON) Insider Threat (InT). The above stated subscription is the only source that will supply the NIA o?ice with the specialized data to support a comprehensive strategy and a set program. LexisNexis Accurint Trusted Intelligence Portal (A-TIP). Largest Repository of Public & Commercially available data in the world: 6+ petabytes of data, 83 +billion public records, 30K sources. This data source subscription is being currently used by an overarching Navy established program and LEXISNEXIS is the only vendor that fulfills the required data for this element of the NIA's Insider Threat program. This contract will result in a firm-fixed-priced purchase. The anticipated contract period of performance will be from 01 June 2022 through 30 May 2023. This notice is not a request for competitive proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining wherther to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
