- This solicitation is ammended on Page 21 of the attached solicitation.� 1. The offeror shall demonstrate that the product offered complies with the technical requirements described in the Statement of Objectives by submitting one (1) proposed quotation by Friday, July 8, 2022 by 5:00pm EST to Thomas Nasvytis at thomas.nasvytis@usda.gov. 2. Questions and answers are published in the attachments to this notice. OCFO is seeking the development of communications norms to govern OCFO communications. The norms will cover communications internal and external to OCFO and will be allow for tailoring for each OCFO org level combination (Program Area/Division/Branch/Unit).� See attached Statement of Objectives for further details.
