Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is limited to Eligible 8(a) Participants (FAR 19.8); NAICS 236210; Small Business Size: $39.5M. Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision and other items and services required to perform all work in accordance with Specs dated 24 March 2021 and drawings listed in the IFB. Construction Wage Rate Requirements apply. �The magnitude of the requirement is between $5M and $10M. A bid bond in the amount of 20 percent shall be submitted with the bid by the time set for bid opening.� NOTE: See Section L-9 Site Visit for instructions to attend the scheduled Site Visits. �All questions pertaining to this IFB must be submitted in writing using the enclosed Request for Information (RFI) form included in Section J. See Spec Section 01 26 13 Guidance for Proper RFIs. Improper and frivolous RFIs may be returned unprocessed. The deadline for RFIs is 23 March 2022. The bid must be received by the USCG CEU CLE Contracting Office (Rm 2179) by the bid due date and time. Delivery using the US Postal Service will not necessarily guarantee that the delivery will be timely. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure that the bid is received timely.
