Description

This NOTICE OF INTENT is for the procurement of Opticis Modular Matrix Frame with Input and Output Cards in support of MQ-25 Test Transportables Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD). This requirement is advertised as SOLE SOURCE. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract, on a sole source basis, to Opticis USA LLC; 17752 Skypark Circle, Suite 230, Irvine, CA 92614 �for this procurement. The statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition is USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13.5 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition. The requirement will include the following:� 16X16 modular matrix main frame, P/N OMM-1000, Qty 20 4 ports electrical DisplayPort 1.1 input card, P/N DP1-4EI, Qty 40 4 ports optical SDI input card, P/N SDI-4EI, Qty 20 4 ports electrical DisplayPort 1.1 output card, P/N DP1-4EO, Qty 52 4 ports optical SDI output card, P/N SDI-4EO, Qty 28 A draft Statement of Work is hereby provided as Attachment (1). Place of Delivery: The items must be delivered to the following addresses: Attn: Kevin Wright, NAWC Atlantic Test Range, 23013 Cedar Point Road, Bldg 1670, Patuxent River, MD 20670 This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement by 4:00 p.m. on 21 July 2022 via e-mail to marilyn.m.retzler.civ@us.navy.mil, which will be considered�solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided nor return any information provided.
