Description

UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with one� (1) option year Indefinite delivery quantity (IDI /IQ) type contract. NAICS CODE IS 316210. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated to Sharon Oliver, Sharon.Oliver@usdoj.gov. Samples are to be submitted to Evonda Ward , FCC Petersburg 1100 River Road , Hopewell, VA 23860.� The solicitation number is SV0124-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. Offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specification (ability to meet specifications and other requirements listed in the solicitation), Past Performance, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise�furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.� NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
