- This is a Sources Sought Notice for Tripler Army Medical Center. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 325413 and the successful vendor must be registered in SAM.gov with this NAICS. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method. The Regional Health Contracting Office � Pacific intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price order for a base period with up to one option to the successful offeror using FAR Parts 8 and 12 procedures. The requirement is for monthly fixed contract based on 9,850 tests per month that includes all FDA approved reagents to provide fully automated and reportable complete blood count (CBC) with automated differential, nucleated read cell count, reticulocyte analysis with blood film preparation and staining, and blood film differential on a tract system, with the use of the Sysmex XN-3000 hematology system analyzer with CellaVision. Also, provide maintenance and service calls as need for an existing Sysmex XN-3000 system currently on-site for a 12-month base period and up to one option period as the medical facility is planning to upgrade the system and the option may or may not be exercised. Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Ms. Megumi Kuwada, Contract Specialist, email megumi.kuwada.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 14 July 2022 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
