- This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Virtra Inc. for Virtual Interactive Firearms Simulator accessories pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) July 11, 2022. Point of contact is Erenst M. Mbandi at Ernest.M.Mbandi@dea.gov. The proposed order is for stimulation device accessories for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Virtra Inc; 7970 S KYRENE ROAD TEMPE, AZ 85284-2199. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation will be made public after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423490. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
