- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for a POL Tank Inspection. The solicitation will close on 20 July 2022 at 2pm CST. �This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Conduct STI External Tank Inspection (Facility DLA01) located at Rochester RC OMS 11, NY�in accordance with all law�s standards, federal regulations, as well as any state and local regulations and guidelines. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard of $17.0M. Please be advised of on-line registration requirements in the System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update. Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via SAM.gov (sam.gov). Find solicitation announcement in SAM.gov (sam.gov). 1.
