- This full service contract establishes requirements for a contractor to provide services to Chemical Test Division/West Desert Test Center on preventive maintenances and repair as needed of the GC (FPD/FID), GC-MS, LC-QTOF, LC/SQ, LC Triple Quad, GC Triple Quad, and UV-VIS equipment located at Combined Chemical Test Facility (CCTF), Bldg. 4156 located at US Army Dugway Proving Ground, UT. The full service contract with the following requirements: 1) Unlimited on-site repair visits, including travel, labor and cost of parts (after service the system must be operating to meet the OEM manufacture�s specifications). � 2) Use of equipment meeting OEM specifications Agilent parts or equal for repairs. 3) Consumables/supplies required for repair, such as but not limited to, normal wear-and-tear items like filaments, electron multiplier, liners, seals, lamps, tubing, LC capillaries, LC nebulizer needles, and LC needle seat/LC needle when needed for repair, etc. � 4) Annual on-site preventive maintenance to keep the systems operating at peak performance for sensitive and high-precision analysis as scheduled by the Contracting Officer Representative. �Each item is identified on the equipment list required an annual PM. 5) Provide any patch updates as they become available from Agilent that is within the original version of the software (i.e. version 10.1 to 10.2 is considered a patch update).� The contractor will provide a response to complete the update within 30 days of availability from the vendor.� If there is a full version upgrade (i.e. version 10 to version 11), then Dugway shall be responsible to purchase the software with a new license.� The contractor shall then help with the new version installation.� The software update shall include a CD or other type of approved storage to transfer the software update to the computer in use and ensure the software update is properly functioning and interfacing with Agilent instruments.� The COR shall be responsible to ensure the prior approval for any software updates are completed by West Desert Test Center IT department prior to any updates.� The contractor shall coordinate with the COR for what updates are required to be completed prior to any visit. 6) 100% repair coverage guarantee. � The contractor shall offer a new replacement when not repairable on all DPG�s Agilent Equipment list within calendar 60 days. The contractor shall replace with new Agilent equipment that is the same OEM equivalent or better. �����7) The equipment listed (in full text in this contract) or any replaced equipment shall not be shipped out to the contractor or leave Dugway Proving Ground to include any loaner equipment. The solicitation amendment will be posted to the SAM website, https://sam.gov/ for viewing by all potential Offerors.
