This is a non-personal services contract to provide support in three (3) major areas: Food Service and Logistics training, Logistics services, and CMP functions for various MSC N4 divisions. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government. a.The solicitation will be made available on SAM.gov on or about Monday, 25 July 2022. b. Place of Contract Performance: The work performed under this contract will be CONUS and OCONUS and may be occur at MSC Training Classrooms in Norfolk, VA or Chesapeake, VA (Building SP-312, Norfolk,VA (Logistics & FSM ShipCLIP courses), Navy Food Management Team (NFMT), Building W-143/6thFloor, Norfolk, VA (Culinary courses), Emprise Corporation, 600 Independence Parkway, Suite 102,Chesapeake, VA (CMLS-CLF courses) or in San Diego, CA (MSC Training Classroom, Building 216, Pt.Loma, San Diego, CA (FS TSAs courses). c. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. d. Procedures: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) acquisition in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. e. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. 17. The decision to set aside this procurement as 100% small business set-aside was made resulting from MarketResearch. Previous procurements for this service has shown that there is an expectation to receive quotes fromtwo or more small businesses.
