Description: Contractor shall furnish 300 parking spaces at a single parking facility at one location within a 3 block (walking) radius of the Odell Horton Federal Building, which is located at 167 North Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee, 38103.�The spaces shall be provided for use as early as 4:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding all Federal holidays. Up to 25% of the spaces will be made available for employees who leave their vehicles in the parking area overnight, on weekends and federal holidays while on official government travel.
