Description

The U.S. Embassy intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the replacement of a culturally significant timber trellis at a large historic property in central London. Only companies specializing in the relevant field should request a solicitation package. It is now compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued at over $30,000 to register on a website called �SAM � System for Award Management� www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, a DUNS number and a NCAGE code are required. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, either in obtaining the numbers or registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in finalizing an award. Please note that the RFQ documentation is not yet ready to be issued. Interested parties should contact GSO Procurement at LondonProc@state.gov, referencing ID #19UK5622Q0062, and request to receive a copy of the RFQ package when it is issued. Please ensure your request for the package reaches us before this advert expires at 17:00 UK time on July 25, 2022 to ensure your company is included in the RFQ process.�� �
