Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to issue a sole source contract for the updating of the 02N2 Concentrator Test Sets P/N: 3300204-6102 to Windows 10 which is required to ensure that the 02N2 Concentrator Test Set is in compliance with the applicable security controls in accordance with the DOD Risk Management Framework and Cyber Security Plan, this will also include the delivery of a complete technical data package (TDP).� Cobham Mission Systems Davenport (CAGE: 99251), the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) was the selected company to conduct the upgrade and provide the TDP. The proposed contract action is for a requirement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
