- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Indian Firms can fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms). This is a Request for Information only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service � Santa Fe Indian Health Center is conducting a market survey to help determine the availability of the following item/service: NAICS Code: 561720. Description: Custodial/Janitorial Services The contractor will provide cleaning services at SANTA FE INDIAN HEALTH CENTER (SFIHC) and SAN FELIPE HEALTH CLINIC (SFHC) for the following areas: Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) Main hospital: -Modular Building -Maintenance building office space -Warehouse office space -Hospital 84,025 sq. ft. with Patient Care Areas, Offices, Waiting Areas, Canteen, etc. -Dental Building 2,756 with Patient Care Areas, Offices, Two Patient Restrooms, One Staff Restroom, Storage Room. -Modular Building (Business Office & IT Department) 3,920 sq. ft. with Offices, Two Restrooms and Small Kitchenette. -Maintenance Building 1,800 sq. ft. with Offices and One Restroom. -OEHE Building 3196 sq. ft. with Offices and Two Restrooms. San Felipe Health Clinic (SFHC): -San Felipe Health Clinic 2,440 sq. ft. with Exam Rooms, Offices, Waiting Area, and 8x10 Steel Building used for COVID-19 Clinic located outside. Work Schedule: Contractor shall provide services between the hours of 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday evenings. There will be no scheduled work on weekends or Federal holidays at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center. Contractor shall provide services between the hours of 8:00 am � 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. There will be no scheduled work on weekends or Federal Holidays at the San Felipe Health Clinic. Performance Evaluation: Evaluation of Contractor's performance in accordance with the standards set forth in the contract and Performance Work Statement Matrix. SFIHC: -The Contractor will maintain the cleaning/sanitizing services. -The Contractor will replenish paper goods, chemicals and hand hygiene products. -The Contractor will dispose of trash, biohazard water and soiled linen to appropriate designated areas. -The Contractor will sweep and mop floors for all patient care areas and corridors throughout the facility that include Outpatient/Urgent Care Unit, Patient Registration, OPD Waiting Area, COVID-19 Exam Rooms, Laboratory/Radiology Departments, Pediatric Clinic and Women�s Clinic. SFHC: -The Contractor will maintain the cleaning/sanitizing services. -The Contractor will replenish paper goods, chemicals and hand hygiene products. -The Contractor will dispose of trash, biohazard water and soiled linen to appropriate designated areas. -The Contractor will sweep and mop floors for all patient care areas, waiting room area, restrooms, offices, and outside 8 x 10 steel office container for COVID-19 activities. -The Contractor will clean between patient care. -The Contractor will immediately report to the Contracting Officer or COR any information or circumstances that may violate any statute, policy, or procedure. Contractor Qualification Requirements: Certification. No Certification required. Experience. Should at least have 2 to 3 years of experience. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.beta.sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement in order to be considered. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is appropriate.
