Description: This is a notice of intent to sole source�Thrust AI's WebFuel Suite Software Package.� The Government intends to sole source this requirement to Thrust AI LLC, in accordance to FAR part 6.305. The Government intends to purchase Thrust AI's WebFuel Suite Software Package.� Thrust AI's WebFuel package allows aircrew to digitally submit their fuel receipts to the Vance Wing Refueling Documentation Control Officer.� Thrust AI is the only vendor that already has a web application that meets this need.
