Description

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is looking to enter into a Preventative and corrective maintenance agreement on (4) of our Hurco metalworking machines, as described in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12, using FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904022Q0232. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 dated 05/26/2022 and DFARS Change Notice 2022-0526 dated 5/26/2022. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
