- This is a draft request for quotation (RFQ) for medical screening services issued only to holders of VA Schedule Contract 621 I, Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services.� This solicitation is for medical screening services in accordance with this draft request for quotation (RFQ) and the statement of work (SOW).� Supplier quotations will be provided in two separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word, or Excel, or Adobe Acrobat.� Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size.� This requirement is a woman owned small business set-aside in accordance with NAICS 621999, size standard $16.5 million. � The two parts, as separate documents, are: ����� 1) Pricing; �� ��� �1a)�� �Time-and-Material (T&M) Labor �� ��� �1b)�� �T&M Materials (if applicable) �� ��� �1c)�� �Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Labor (if applicable) �� ��� �1d)�� �FFP Materials ���� � ����� 2) Technical Quotation; �� ��� �2a)�� �Staffing Plan �� ��� �2b)�� �Staffing Management Plan �� ��� �2c)�� �Resumes (Key Personnel) The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror�s initial proposal should contain the offeror�s best price and delivery, plus include a complete and concise technical quotation. This requirement will receive a best value evaluation, per the evaluation section of the RFQ.� The Government intends to award a contract or contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors and subfactors in the solicitation.� Award will be made to a maximum of two responsible offerors whose quotation(s) provide the combination of criteria offering the best overall value to the Government.� Award(s) may be made to other than the highest technically evaluated offeror or the lowest priced offeror. � Contractor questions regarding this draft RFQ must be received at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov by 5 PM EST on 7-15-2022 to be considered.
