Description

NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Aviation Safety Reporting System (ASRS) and Confidental Close Call Reporting System (C3RS) services. The services include operating, maintaining, and providing support servies to the ASRS and C3RS, and other potential reporting systems. NASA ARC intends to issue a noncommerical competitive contract with the period of performance between 5 to 7 years. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.��� The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541990 and $17M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is around summer 2022 with an anticipated offer due date in either 3rd or 4th quarter of 2022. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.� The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html If a solicitation is released, then it and any additional documents will be available on https://sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this �website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� Propsective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted electronically via email to Rachel Jandron, Contracting Officer at rachel.a.jandron@nasa.gov and Jeanne Chun, Contract Specialist at jeanne.s.chun@nasa.gov not later than 15 days after posting the synopsis.
