General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Nevada City:�Las Vegas Delineated Area: North � Interstate 95 South � E Charleston Blvd to W Charleston Blvd (Hwy 159) East � Maryland Pkwy West � Interstate 15 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�4,454 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�4,454 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�2 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�2 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�2 Full Term:�15 Firm Term:�10 Option Term:�n/a Additional Requirements: SBA/ITA must not be in buildings with law enforcement agencies, bail bond offices or in buildings where clients will encounter prisoners or parolees In addition, SBA/ITA cannot be placed in buildings or areas with�any entity that works with homeless services or outreach or public facing offices of the Social Security Administration,�where clients may encounter disgruntled, deranged or unkept individuals. Finally, the agencies cannot be placed in first floor or in below ground office space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
