Description: This acquisition will be unrestricted. NAVSUP WSS is looking to establish a Requirements Long-Term Contract (LTC) for the procurement of an asset meeting the needs set forward within PURCHASE DESCRIPTION NRL 5524 (Attached) (RADIO TEST SET/COMMUNICATIONS ANALYZER). The requirements LTC will have a total 5 base-year period. The estimated annual demand is 30 units. This requirement will be based on FAR Part 12.
