Description
Please note that this Sources Sought does not in any way obligate the Government to award a subsequent Contract. �This Sources Sought is for market research and planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive. SUMMARY:�The 7 CES, Dyess AFB TX 79607, is requesting a five year (base and four option year) vent hood cleaning service contract. The contractor will be required to provide all tools, equipment, and labor to provide vent hood cleaning services for the following locations:� � BLDG 6123 Longhorn Dining Facility; Serving Line C-1&2, Food Prep Area A-1,2,&3 �/ B-1&2 BLDG 5013 Fire Station; Kitchen� BLDG 6219 Chapel; Kitchen� BLDG 8150 Child Development Center; Kitchen� BLDG 11902 Youth Center; Kitchen� � All vent hoods must be in compliance per the Dyess Fire Protection hood and duct cleaning inspection and be in 100% compliance with NFPA 96 Standards. Decontamination shall consist of the removal and disposal of grease, dirt, lint, dust, oily residue and other combustible or flammable substances from the interior and exterior surfaces of exhaust systems. The contractor is responsible for the degreasing and decontamination of the vent hoods and their following components: Grease or vapor duct systems, blower units, exhaust fans, access panels, and filter grates.� Requested Information:� a.
