This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. � The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), Department of Acquisition Management issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for providing Canon 702C Digital Panels, Installation, Configuration, Registration and Batteries to the Indian Health Service, Phoenix Indian Medical Center located in Phoenix, AZ. � The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. � The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, including type of small business set-aside or unrestricted.� This requirement is to provide the follow requirement. 1. 2-Each, Canon 702C Digital Panels 2.
