Description

The Government intends to aw ard a Firm Fixed-Price, Low est Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to Repair Roofs Buildings 51005, 51450, 51451, and 63845 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160 Roof Contractors Contractors. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below , w ill not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w ithin 10 calendar days of aw ard. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee. Proposals are due 11 August 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time.
