Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby announces intent to solicit and enter into a sole source contract with Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, LLC dba ACAMS, �80 SW, 8th Street, Ste 2300, Miami, FL 33130 , in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source is reasonably available, and�under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency needs.� OCC seeks to purchase ACAMS Enterprise Membership Subscription for 100 members.� ACAMS membership �provides OCC Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist/NBEs with unlimited access to �moneylaundering.com. ��ACAMS Enterprise Membership Subscription includes: ACAMS live paid webinars The�ACAMS webinar library�(for on-demand access to all previous webinars) Sanctions Global Monthly Updates and Masterclasses ACAMS podcasts ACAMS Connection e-newsletter ACAMS Review (mid-year and end-year) ACAMS Today�member magazine The ACAMS Global Community Network, connecting members with like-minded AFC professionals through our networking platforms and our local chapters �The period of performance for this requirement is a base plus four 12-month option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the ACAMS Enterprise Membership Subscription requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested. All responses received in writing within three calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Karen A. Green, via email at Karen.Green@occ.treas.gov, no later than the timeframe noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. �
