Description

The US Food and Drug Administration {FDA), Office of Finance Budget Acquisition and Planning, intends to issue a sole source modification to exercise an exisitng option under an existing contract award to Brightfield Group, a current incumbent contractor; to provide�online data subscription and analytic services to help address knowledge gaps and contribute to the foundation of evidence needed on cannabidiol (CBD) and other cannabis products to help inform development of surveillance measures, guide prevention efforts, and target education/outreach initiatives. The propose modification is for services; the Government does not intend to solicit and negotiate from any other sources.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition modification is based upon existing terms and conditions of the contract, and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not intend to request and receive additional information to reconsider and determine, whether to conduct a competitive requirement. No further solicitation is available.
