Description: The DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Operations Support Directorate Training program requires technical expertise in developing and executing a training program to train mission stakeholders to operate chemical and biological detection and identification equipment. This equipment training includes identifying and distinguishing between toxic industrial chemicals/materials (TIC/TIM), chemical warfare agents (CWA) and precursors, select biological agents and suspicious or otherwise unidentified chemical materials or other WMD Threat Materials.
