THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only as part of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) market research and does not itself constitute a Request For Quote (RFQ). The Government does NOT intend to make an award based on responses to this inquiry. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources; Small Businesses; HUBZone small business; service-disabled, veteran-owned small business; 8(a) small business; veteran-owned small business; woman-owned small business; or small disadvantaged businesses; Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. BACKGROUND: The qualifying NAICS code for this requirement is 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing.� USDA-ARS Pacific West Area (PWA) Daniel K. Inouye (DKI) U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center (PBARC) Tropical Plant Genetic Resources and Disease Research Unit requires delivery, installation, and training for a 40� containerized Biological Safety Level 2 Laboratory building at its facility located at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720.� SEE ATTACHED LIST OF SPECIFICATIONS. � INSTRUCTIONS: RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (POC) name, email address, and phone number.
