Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for Idaho Statewide Watershed Analysis, for making compensatory mitigation decisions that support the sustainability or improvement of aquatic resources in a watershed. It is a commercial service, prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 541620 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. Competition for this solicitation is set-aside for small business. Solicitation number W912EF22Q0165 will be posted to SAM.gov website, https://ww.sam.gov, on or about 13 July 2022. The official proposal due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be used. To meet Northwestern Walla Walla Regulatory needs, an Idaho Statewide Watershed Analysis (IWA) is proposed to be developed to provide non-prescriptive mitigation site selection options to entities involved with compensatory mitigation, per 33 CFR 332. �The IWA ensures flexibility to entities utilizing the tool while producing data to inform decisions associated the regulatory and resource agencies.
