- Description
- TITLE:� Draft PWS for FEMA Medical and Behavioral Health Services IDIQ contract.� � Currently, it is FEMA's intension to compete these services via a full and open compeition. For many years, the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) agency provided medical and behavioral health services to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) via an Interagency Agreement (IAA).� FEMA now has a need to replace these services included in the IAA as the period of performance has ended.� Currently interim BPA's are in place to cover these services. The services required under this contract are�divided into two operations:� Fixed Sites (Non -Disaster sites) and Disaster sites.� Each operation is independent of each other; however, services may be similar at both locations.� These services include but are not limited to the following: Medical and Behavioral Health Oversight Occupational Health Center Services and clinical staffing support Extended nursing hours to support the National Recovery Communication Center (NRCC) and/or Regional Recovery Communication Center (RRCC) Medical Employability, Fitness for Duty, Consultation Tele-Medical/Health Services Special Testing, COVID-19 Immunizations and travel medication Respiratory clearances Commercial driver�s license (CDL) clearances Optional: Employee Assistance Program (EAP)/Enhanced Work Life Behavioral Health Stress Counselors Questions are being accepted to better refine the PWS in preparation for the solicitation.� Responses from FEMA will not be provided as a result of this DRAFT PWS, however a formal question and answer period will be conducted during the actual solicitation phase.� �Currently, it is FEMA's intension to release the solicitation in early April, however, not a guarantee. This request is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.� This notice is not to be construed as an acquisition Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is any commitment on the part of the government to award a contract implied, nor does the government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this notice. Any response received will not be used as a proposal. FEMA is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. ** WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY PHONE CALLS** Please submit questions to: janice.joseph@fema.dhs.gov and sharon.edwards3@fema.dhs.gov.
