Description
Per section C.4 we are to sign the form stating we comply with all of the SDVOSB contracting requirements. Per the amendment, these requirements have been changed to include all small businesses. Can you confirm this section can be excluded when submitting the proposal? Yes, this requirement is open to all small business and all SDVOSB requirement no longer apply Section E1.i.2.ii states a single copy of the specifications may be obtained by the contracting officer. Can you confirm if there are any other specs for this project that are not listed in the RFP document? There are no additional specifications for this project. During our research of the scope of work we found ""MoveableType"" content management system has a developer RESTful API. Please confirm if the intent is to use the API to automate a portion of the forms or if this will simply be populated by the end user? Ex. The end user makes a comment on Moveable Type blog entry, the comment will be automatically added and shown on the Microsoft Access Database entry.  This answer is from the program manager: We do not want to automate content. Moveable Type is used to promote content as live on the website this is not the intention of the database we want. As noted in the statement of work, the database we want developed is separate from the functional website tasks. We need a database to track content development over time to assess progress of revisions, creation of new materials and identify gaps in content needs.
