- Description
- Procuring Electric Winch parts for USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS T-AO 188. Per the OEM for winches we use on the T-AO class vessels we seek the OEM equivalent of the model 4D3-06L. The replacement hoist and controller that will replace an existing 4D3-06L must conform to the below and must include the compatible motor controller: Modified Helical-parallel gear power winch: - 2500 LB first layer load rating - 19 fpm first layer line speed - 1.5 HP, 460V/3Ph/60Hz input voltage SEW Eurodrive severe duty brake motor and gear reducer - 181.77:1 total reduction ratio - All components mount on heavy duty frame with mounting holes Modifications include: - Motor and brake heaters - 3-part epoxy with zinc rich primer corrosion resistant finish - Cable pressure bar - All welds continuous Winch Motor Controller: Single-speed electric motor control, rated up to 7.5 hp and 460-3-60 line voltage. Electric motor control will include a magnetic reversing starter, thermal overload relay, brake heater rectifier, motor heater connections, control enclosure heater and a fused control circuit in a NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure. The door of the main enclosure will have a main line disconnect, up and down running lights. Motor and cabinet space heaters may be turned on or off by moving the space heater selector switch to the on or off position. Controls include a separately mounted remote pushbutton station. The pushbutton station will include two (2) momentary contact pushbuttons in a NEMA 4X stainless enclosure. Pushbuttons will be labeled ""Up/Down"". Electric motor control will be mounted and wired to the winch.
