- AMENDMENT 4 POSTING - 7/14/22 The purpose of this amendment it to extend the quote due date to 7/21/22 at 2:00 PM (1400) PST.� This amendment also clarifies the acceptable form of bid guarantee. AMENDMENT 3 POSTING - 6/30/22 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate questions and answers to RFIs 18-24.� Site Visit Attendees list, updated floor plans, and zone map for buildings has also been uploaded to this posting.� AMENDMENT 2 POSTING� - 6/27/22 The purpose of Amendment 2 is to extend the RFQ due date to 15 July 2022 at 1000 PST.� This Amendment also incorporates the questions and answers to RFIs 14-17.� AMENDMENT 1 POSTING - 6/9/22 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to incorporate answers to RFIs, publish infomration regarding an organized site visit, and to extend the quotation due date to 28 June 2022 at 1000 PST. ORIGINAL POSTING - 5/19/22 The 163d Attack Wing intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for services to plan, implement, and buildout a wing-wide public address (PA) sytem as defined in the attached solicitation documents.��The Internal PA system will consist of multiple main control stations (Wing Commander, CP, EOC) and sub-stations at each 163d building. Main control stations such as the Wing Commander will have authority to reach all sub-stations, while sub-stations will only address their respective buildings. System will consist of indoor & outdoor speakers in areas required (Hangars, Yards) to provide coverage for all 163d personnel. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238210. This action is being procured as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).� To register go to www.sam.gov.� You will need your Unique Entity ID number to register. Instruction for registering are on the web page (there is no fee for registation).� Please note that due to recent fraudulent activity, the process for fully activating (and updating) a registration at SAM has changed, and now requires the submission of a notarized letter to General Services Administration (GSA).� See the following link for additional information and the latest updates to this process: https://www.gsa.gov/samupdate. The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities website on-line at www.sam.gov.� SAM is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related infomraiton for all Federal agencies.� Interested vendors must register with SAM before accessing the system.�� This requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).�
