The Government awarded a firm-fixed price construction contract to SES Electrical LLC (CAGE 80WC9) to replace electrical switching stations SWS-7 and SWS-30 at NAS Pensacola, FL, per the technical requirements as detailed in the Plans & Specifications. The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis under FAR Subpart 19.8, Contracting with the SBA (The 8(a) Program).� In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(4), since the contract action is expressly authorized by statute, a pre-solicitation notice was not submitted. However, since the contract action may result in the award of subcontracts, this notice of contract award is submitted in accordance with FAR 5.301(a)(l)(ii).� An abridged version of the contract is attached to this notice. A full version of the contract can be obtained through the Electronic Data Access (EDA) at the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), in accordance with agency procedures. �
