Description

�15 Jul 2022 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to include the following changes: - Section 10 line D. Change magnitude and FAR reference from, 36.204(c) between $100,000 and $250,000 to 36.204(d) between $250,000 and $500,000. - Section 10 line E. Change from WD # FL20220158, Highway to WD # FL20210105 Heavy. -Extend the proposal due date from 05 August 2022 to 15 August 2022. -Section C line D. Change from WD # FL20220158, Highway to WD # FL20210105 Heavy. -Section F Line Item 0001 Delivery Schedule from Delivery Date 26 Jun 2022 to date of lead time event to completion of performance 240 calendar days. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** This is a Design-Build project to consturuct the Expiditonary Road South Fence with a period of performance of 240 days from date of Notice to Proceed receipt. The project is comprised of work on Tyndall AFB and the related disciplines of work as specific tasks in Scope of Work.� Construction of Expeditionary South Fence� A. NAICS 236220 B. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price contract. See section J for applicable attachments.� C. This acquisition has been designated for procurement as an small business set aside� D. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(d) between $250,000 and $500,000. E. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. F. The construction wage requirements statute WD # FL20210105 Heavy, applies to this project. G. The Period of Performance is 240 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
