- The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking out interested parties to attend a Track Summit hosted by TACOM ILSC.� The purpose of publicizing this Notice of Intent is to facilitate maximum potential industry engagement during the summit.
