The FAA desires to select no more than six (6) Offerors to participate in Phase III - Request for Offerors (RFO) process. The following six (6) Offerors will proceed to Phase III: AECOM Technical Services, Inc Fentress Architects, Ltd. Grimshaw Architects, PC Kane AUD MDLE PAU Updates 4/12/2022: Phase I evaluation has been completed. The FAA desires to select no more than fifteen (15) Offerors to participate in Phase II - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. After evaluation, two (2) Offerors tied for the fifteenth spot. The FAA retain the right under SIR Section M.1 to waive requirements of the SIR if determined to be in the its best interest. Please ensure offerors are reviewing all documents in its entirety prior to submitting questions.� The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the Architect and Engineering Design for a conceptual design for the FAA Airport Traffic Control Tower that could be deployed at multiple�sites across the United States (U.S.).� The FAA owns and maintains many regional and municipal ATCTs across the U.S. that have exceeded their life expectancy and are past due for replacement. The FAA is seeking a standardized tower design that would enable the large scale deployment of new ATCTs within a 2�5 year timeframe. The goal of this competition is to identify innovative design approaches and execution strategies to meet our unique challenges. A three-phase, Best Value and fixed-price selection process will be utilized for this source selection in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This solicitation,�Phase I, is an unrestricted Request for Information (RFI). Only those successful Offerors from Phase I will be invited to submit qualifications in response to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) (Phase II). Finally, only those successful Offerors from Phase II will be invited to submit a proposal in response to the Request for Offer (RFO) (Phase III). This solicitation is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcement.�Review all attachments�pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This�announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and�shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a�contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the�preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this announcement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public�announcement. An informational Industry Day live webinar�will be provided on November 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. Participants are given the opportunity for a one-on-one discussion following the webinar presentation. During the one-on-one, participants�may present its capability statement to the Government team. Further information regarding the webinar can be found at�https://www.faa.gov/go/towerdesign. Participants must�submit written interest to towerdesign@faa.gov to receive�a slot for the one-on-one discussion by November 5, 2021 by 1500 EDT. Submission must include participant's names, company, position and point of contact. Limited slots are available for one-on-one discussion. Further instructions will be provided for participants participating in one-on-one discussions.�� All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted�in writing to Ms. Thuylinh�TranNguyen at towerdesign@faa.gov. All questions must be received�no later than January 5, 2022�by 1500 EST. Questions received after 1500 EST�on January 5, 2022�will not be considered. Proposals are due no later January 19, 2022�by 1500 EST. Any proposal received�after 1500 EST on January 19, 2022�will be considered non-responsive and will not�be eligible for participation. Proposal must be submitted electronically via email to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov.� To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a�current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM)�database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must�submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
