- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on sam.gov. The RFQ number is N3904022QVLPFIRE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 and DFARS Change Notice 2022-0623. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541990 and the Small Business Standard is $17M. This solicitation is total small business set aside. Inspect and test a dry chemical fire protection system at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Kittery, Maine 03904 in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance is date of award plus 12 weeks. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination Rates Apply.
